Approved certification provider for the certification "EDAA Trust Seal"
ePrivacy is approved by the European Interactive Digital Advertising Alliance (EDAA) as an independent certification provider for the EDAA Trust Seal. This privacy seal is especially aimed to the sector of online behavioral advertisement and documents the compliance with the iab Europe OBA Framework.
The EDAA was established in 2011 by a number of European digital and advertising industry associations. The Brussels-based organization regulates compliance with the requirements of the iab Europe OBA Framework.
Member of the working group "Mobile Sicherheit" within "Nationaler IT-Gipfels"
"Nationale IT-Gipfel" ist the central platform for collaboration with policy, business and academia to strengthen the ICT location in Germany. "Nationaler IT-Gipfel" is held annually since 2006. The already ninth "IT-Gipfel" will take place in Hamburg on 21 October 2014. "IT-Gipfel" is prepared in high-level working groups.

Appointment to the advisory board of Stiftung Warentest
Stiftung Warentest was founded in 1964 by a decision of the German Bundestag, to offer consumers an independent and objective support through comparative testing of products and services. Since its foundation, Stiftung Warentest has tested around 94.000 products in more than 5.500 testings. There have also more than 2.500 service tests taken place.
Prof. Dr. Bauer was appointed in August 2015 as an expert to the advisory board for the study project "security software for mobile devices" of the Stiftung Warentest. We are very pleased that ePrivacy can contribute to the proper investigation of security software.
