- real-time audience estimation of audiences and activation,
- media planning and
- campaign running on mobile devices.
Other functionalities are not subject to this evaluation. This applies in particular for First Party Data Enrichment, Data Blending, Unified ID across devices and/or platforms.
Near meets the provisions of the ePrivacyseal criteria catalog, which is based on European data protection legislation. It is not an accredited certification procedure within the meaning of Art. 42 GDPR.
